- General Conditions and Acknowledgement
- These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the site or our services.
- Our country of domicile is the United Arab Emirates.
- Users must be 18 years or older to register or make transactions on this website.
- The website, its content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of SWEET ALLURE CAFE FZCO and its licensors.
- The website and services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws in the UAE and internationally.
- Our trademarks, trade names, and branding may not be used with any product or service without our prior written permission.
- Our products are intended for personal consumption only. Reselling, redistributing, or using our products for commercial purposes without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized resale or misuse may result in legal action under applicable UAE laws.
- Products
- All our bakes are handmade fresh with quality ingredients. As a result, slight variations in design or decoration may occur.
- Custom cakes require a minimum of 1 week’s notice.
- Standard menu items (cookies, brownies, banana bread, cinnamon rolls) require 2–3 days’ notice, and are subject to availability.
- Customers must inform us about any allergies when placing an order. Please note that our products may contain traces of, or come into contact with allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs, etc.).
- Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in AED and are exclusive of VAT.
- We reserve the right to revise our prices at any time prior to accepting an order.
- A flat delivery fee of AED 20 applies. Additional charges may apply for longer distances or deliveries to other Emirates.
- VAT & Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
- We accept payments online via Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay in AED (or any other agreed currency).
- Payment details at checkout are protected and sent directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
- By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies.
- Orders, Pickup, and Delivery
- Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if there are payment issues, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
- Pickup is available from our shop at International City.
- Delivery timing will be coordinated with you, and while we aim to be on time, delays due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
- We deliver across Dubai and selected areas in Sharjah and Ajman (delivery fees apply based on distance. See Pricing & Payment).
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details and contact information.
- Liability
- We strive to ensure all our bakes are made fresh with quality ingredients and as described.
- Once you pick up your order, we cannot take responsibility for handling, storage, or damage caused outside our care.
- We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information and/or if no one is available to receive it.
- We do not take any responsibility for any kinds of food allergies.
- Governing Law and Disputes Resolution
- Except where required otherwise by applicable law, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, excluding its conflict of law rules.
- These Terms and Conditions may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
- Should you have any concerns or disputes regarding our services, please contact us first to allow us the opportunity to address and resolve the matter directly⎯ We are committed to working with you to achieve a prompt and amicable resolution.
- If disputes cannot be resolved directly, you agree that any unresolved matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts and governed by UAE law. SWEET ALLURE CAFE FZCO retains all protections applicable under UAE legislation.
- Updates to Terms and Conditions
- SWEET ALLURE CAFE FZCO may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
