Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Customers must carefully check their order upon receiving it and immediately report any damages or incorrect items. Once the order has been accepted, no claims for damage or incorrect items will be considered.
- No replacements will be provided under any circumstances.
- As our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds or replacements once an order has been collected or delivered. Refunds will only be considered if there is an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product) or if the order is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance.
- Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before pickup or delivery may be eligible for a refund, subject to certain deductions (as we may have turned down other orders to accommodate yours).
- Orders cancelled within 48 hours of pickup or delivery are strictly non-refundable, as production of your order will already have begun.
- Orders will not be eligible for a refund if delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, missing details, or the recipient being unavailable.
- Orders due for pickup that are not collected on the agreed date will be discarded the following day. No refund will be provided.
- Refunds (when applicable) will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and may take up to 7 working days to appear.
